Second Chance College Scholarship
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority - Phi Beta Omega Chapter
This scholarship is for African-American students who reside in Bucks or Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The Second Chance College Scholarship is awarded to a student who resides in Bucks or Montgomery County. The student must be currently enrolled and has completed at least one semester of college. The student must be at least 21 years of age and hold a 2.7 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
