Scholarship Program for Dependents of Employees of Roseburg Forest Products

This scholarship is for students in Siskiyou County, California, who are legal dependents of employees of Roseburg Forest Products Company. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be less than 21 years of age and be the child or stepchild of a person who has worked at Roseburg Forest Products Co. for at least 18 consecutive months. Applicants must plan to attend any two- or four-year accredited college or vocational school in the United States. Applicants who have already earned a bachelor's degree are ineligible. Applicants must demonstrate the following: leadership roles in school/community activities; concern for others as demonstrated by volunteer service; paid work experience; ability to clearly communicate personal strengths and goals; ability to succeed in college as demonstrated by satisfactory SAT/ACT scores or high school/college GPA; and a sound educational plan.
