Stark Community Foundation

This scholarship is for graduates of Carrollton High School in Carrollton, Ohio, who have been accepted at or are currently enrolled at an accredited college or university to pursue further education. Applicants must demonstrate academic merit with a GPA of at least 3.0, participation in extracurricular school and civic activities, moral and personal characteristics, and financial need.
