San Ardo Fund for Education Scholarship

Community Foundation for Monterey County

The purpose of this scholarship is to stimulate the ambitions of the town’s children by awarding an annual scholarship to help pay tuition at a college or vocational school after graduation from high school. Applicants should be a graduating Senior from King City High School and a graduate of San Ardo Elementary School; have a Grade Point Average (G.P.A.) of 2.5 or better; need financial aid in order to attend college or vocational school full time; and submit a 500-word essay in response to: “Describe your view of San Ardo, and what you will be giving back to the community that provided you with this opportunity.”
