The Ruth M. Cogan Foundation Trust Fund was established to assist qualified applicants from Stark County, Ohio, in obtaining a college education, particularly in the field of music. Applicants shall be deserving high school students and present college students with an interest in studying music in college who manifest an inner feeling for music and whose lives have reflected the spiritual qualities, depth, understanding and love which were characteristics of Ruth M. Cogan.
