This scholarship is for seniors at Montoursville Area High School in Montoursville, Pennsylvania. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be approved for full-time admission to any accredited two- or four-year college or university and enrolled in a course of study that leads to a degree. Financial need with preference given to those who would not otherwise be able to pursue a higher education by any other means (tax return(s) required for consideration). Applicants must submit a short 250-word essay on the following topic: “What motivated you to seek a degree at a higher institution of education?"
