Russell F. Bruno Scholarship

Community Foundation of Northwest Connecticut

This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Torrington High School in Torrington, Connecticut. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have excelled in the study of English, and preferably plan to major in writing, literature, journalism, or a related field. They must also be US citizens or permanent residents and demonstrate financial need.
