This scholarship is for residents of Mercer, Boyle, Garrard, or Lincoln County in Kentucky. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a cumulative 2.5 GPA or higher; demonstrate financial need; and be enrolled as full-time students at any university, college, community college, proprietary school, vocational school, or any course that will advance the student's education or skill attainment beyond the secondary school level. Preference will be given to applicants who are either former employees of Harrods Cleaners, Inc. or RV Cablevision, or their children
