This scholarship is for students who have graduated from Titusville Area School District in Titusville, Pennsylvania; Dover High School in Ohio; New Philadelphia High School in Ohio; or Tuscarawas Central Catholic Elementary School (formerly St. Joseph Catholic Elementary School) in Dover, Ohio. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must enroll in an accredited college, university, or technical school.
