Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation & Library

This scholarship is for graduating seniors from high schools in Ventura County, California. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must exemplify outstanding leadership, character, communication skills, academic achievement, and commitment to Ventura County. Applicants must graduate from a high school in Ventura County and use the scholarship funds for student tuition, room, and board while pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited US college or university for the entire upcoming academic year.
