Graduating seniors or former graduates of an Emmett high school who are enrolled or
planning to enroll in undergraduate or graduate study, enrolled or enrolling part-time or full-time at a school of their choice, including any public or private junior college, college, university, vocational or technical school, enrolled or enrolling in a program in the medical or paramedical field, including but not limited to nursing, occupational therapy, speech language
pathology, physical therapy, anesthesiology, kinesiology, etc., consideration given to financial need and academic performance, but the latter will not be the primary determinant. See website for further details.
