Applicant must be Member of an ethnic or racial minority and Enrolled in an approved or accredited program leading to a degree which meets the requirements of Sections 4980.37, 4980.40, and 4980.41 of the Business and Professions Code or Pursuing an advanced degree or certification beyond the qualifying degree for the license.
