Hartford Foundation for Public Giving

This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who live or attend school in Greater Hartford, Connecticut. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must enroll full-time at a four-year college or university. Applicants must demonstrate financial need; academic excellence; rank in the top third of their class; and be active volunteers in school, community, and other extracurricular activities.
