Rochester Cavalry Troops Scholarship

This scholarship is for people who are connected to units, detachments, or elements of the New York Army National Guard located in Monroe County, New York. These may be soldiers, their spouses, or their dependent sons or daughters. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate financial need, scholastic merit, and a good record of military proficiency and conduct. Applicants must be accepted by a school, college, or university and be enrolled in full- or part-time study (minimum six credit hours per semester).
