This scholarship is for residents of Midland County, Michigan, who are pursuing higher education at accredited trade or technical schools, community college, colleges, or universities. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have had their formal education interrupted either at the high school or undergraduate levels and require new skills to re-enter the job market.
