Robert E. Rollason, Jr. Memorial Scholarship

Outer Banks Community Foundation

This scholarship is available to a First Flight High School senior pursuing a two- or four-year degree at a public college, university, or community college in North Carolina. The recipient should have a positive work history and community service experience. Preference may be given to a student who is an immediate family member of a mason, veteran, or firefighter, and/or to students in the marching band and/or holding a varsity letter.
