Applicant must be enrolled or planning to enroll, in an associate's degree program, certificate program, or apprenticeship. Applicant must demonstrate a commitment to pursuing studies for a technical, vocational, or occupational career. GPA (overall) and GPA in technical or career-related courses will be considered.
