This donor involved scholarship fund was established by Peter Bland, a long-time, active member of Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir (OIGC), and his spouse, Nancy Strachan. The program seeks to help build participation in the Oakland Interfaith Youth Gospel Choir (OIYGC) and provide a fulcrum for future growth in the candidates' community.
