Richard S. Earnest Diabetes Scholarship

Rush County Commuity Foundation

This scholarship is for graduating seniors from Rushville Consolidated High School (RCHS). To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have Type I insulin dependent diabetes and provide a signed statement from their physician. Applicants must be permanent residents of Rush County, Indiana, and be accepted at an accredited two- or four-year institution.
