Richard R. Heagin Memorial Scholarship

Community Foundation for the Ohio Valley

This scholarship will be awarded to one deserving paramedic student and one deserving firefighter student from Belmont County or adjoining counties pursuing a degree from an accredited program including: Belmont College, Hocking College, Eastern Gateway Community College, and West Virginia Northern Community College.
