Richard J. Weyhrich Leadership Scholarship

The Community Foundation of San Luis Obispo County

This scholarship is for current seniors from comprehensive or continuation San Luis Obispo County high schools. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to attend school as full-time students at an approved vocational school, community college, or four-year college or university. Applicants must have demonstrated strong leadership potential as well as dedication to serving the San Luis Obispo County community. The Richard J. Weyhrich Scholarship Committee would like to award at least one $5,000 ($2,000 in year one, $3,000 in year two) scholarship to a student at each comprehensive high school in San Luis Obispo County, and one to a continuation high school student in San Luis Obispo County.
