This scholarship is for graduating seniors of Peoria High School in Peoria, Illinois. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to attend a college/university; have achieved academic excellence; have demonstrated exemplary leadership; have shown compassion and genuine interest in others; and be charismatic, energetic individuals who inspire others.
