This scholarship is for high school seniors who reside outside of corporate limits of Elizabeth City, NC, and within Pasquotank County, NC. Applicants must provide proof of residence, e.g., copy of water bill, and be in good academic standing. Scholarships will be awarded based on respective ability, educational goals, financial need, and career ambitions.
