To apply for this scholarship, applicants must create and submit a video designed to motivate, persuade, and encourage teens to not drive distracted. In addition to a scholarship, the winning video will be turned into an Ad Council PSA and will be distributed nationally to 1,600 TV stations. Applicants may apply in teams, but no more than four per team. Please refer to the Official Rules on the website for more details and information about this scholarship. Billboard applications are due March 1 and video/radio applications are due April 1.
