Pittsburgh Area Founders Award
American Concrete Institute (ACI) Foundation
The ACI Pittsburgh Area Chapter was founded in 1962 by a group of dedicated people led by Art Livingood, Andy Fertal and Bob Zerns. In June of 1988 the Chapter established the Founders Award Fund for undergraduate students, including seniors, who have an interest in the areas of cement technology, or concrete technology, design or construction. To receive consideration, a student must be currently enrolled into an undergraduate program at an institution , and/or originally reside, within the boundaries of the Pittsburgh Area Chapter.
