PHP Scholarship Program

Physicians Health Plan of Northern Indiana (PHPNI)

Physicians Health Plan of Northern Indiana, Inc., PHP, is offering three scholarships for high school seniors who are planning to pursue a career in a health-related field. Applicants must be PHP members or attend high school in a PHP service area. This scholarship also requires a 1,000-word essay on the chosen topic, which this year is regarding he stigma of living with a mental illness.
