This scholarship was established in 2005 to benefit applicants who have been permanently or temporarily separated from their birth parents and aged out of the foster care system in the state of Hawai'i. Applicants must have been permanently or temporarily separated from birth parent(s) and aged out of the foster care system in the state of Hawai‘i.
