This The Perfect Circle Credit Union Scholarship Fund was established in March 2005 to provide scholarships for students who are residents of Henry County who are attending high schools located in Henry County and who have been accepted by an accredited college or university to enroll in a program reasonably designed to result in a two or four year degree.
