This scholarship is for students with Technician Class radio licenses or higher. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must reside in Central Illinois (Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford, Knox, McLean, Fulton, Logan, Marshall, or Stark County) and plan to enroll at an accredited two- or four-year college or university.
