Penrose Family Scholarship

Community Foundation of Jackson County

This scholarship is for graduating seniors and graduates of Maquoketa, Iowa, area high schools, with preference to Andrew High School and Maquoketa High School. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate financial need and have a 3.0 GPA (for high school seniors) or a 2.5 GPA (for current college students). Children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren of Harris Penrose or of any person serving in any capacity whatsoever with the Community Foundation at the time of such award are not eligible to apply.
