The Foundation for Enhancing Communities
This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors that are legal residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Applicants must be or plan to be full-time students at Pennsylvania colleges, universities, or career schools. This scholarship is awarded based on applicants' academic achievements, commitment to community, extracurricular activities, demonstration of leadership qualities, and financial need. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 in high school.
