Peggy Carey Northway was a 1974 Charlevoix High School graduate who had completed two years of nursing school at the University of Michigan when she was diagnosed with leukemia. This fund was established by family and friends in her memory to provide educational opportunities for those living in the Munson Healthcare Charlevoix Hospital service area who have been accepted into an accredited post-secondary nursing program.
