Peggy Brown Educational Scholarship

This scholarship is for residents of Bay County, Michigan, who have been accepted as full- or part-time students at a Michigan college or university. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be members of either Michigan Educational Support Personnel Association (MESPA) or Michigan Education Association (MEA), or have a family member who is a MESPA or MEA member. Applicants must demonstrate financial need.
