Professional Beauty Association (PBA)
This scholarship is for members in good standing of the Professional Beauty Association (student memberships are free). To qualify, applicants must be 18 years of age or older and be individual Student, First Year Professionals, or Beauty Professional members of PBA. Scholarships may be used towards continuing education or cosmetology school.
