This scholarship is for undergraduate students enrolled in an accredited post-high school institution, including vocational or trade school. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate financial need. Preference will be given to students of special circumstances/personal hardship and residents of Moloka'i, Hawaii.
