Paul Bell Memorial Scholarship
Middletown Community Foundation
This scholarship is for seniors at Monroe High School in Monroe, Ohio. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must intend to enter the study of music at the college level. Applicants must be students in good standing with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better for grades 9-12. Applicants will be reviewed on the basis of academic achievement and service to the school and community in musical activities.
