Paul B. Richards Memorial Scholarship

In memory and appreciation for Paul’s excellent service and leadership and for his strong commitment to education, the Paul B. Richards Memorial Scholarship was endowed in 1987 by the Membership of the GBC. Each year, scholarships in Paul’s name are presented to deserving young men and women pursuing undergraduate degrees in construction-related fields who show a real interest in pursuing a career in the construction industry.
