Patricia L. Matthews Scholarship

Foundation for the Tri-State Community

This scholarship is for graduating seniors from public and private schools in Boyd and Greenup Counties in Kentucky; Cabell and Wayne Counties in West Virginia; and Lawrence County, Ohio. Scholarships will be awarded based on application, subsequent acceptance, and enrollment into a health-related program at a college or technical school; financial need; solid academic performance; involvement in school; volunteer activities; quality of essay; and letters of recommendation.
