Parkersburg Area Community Foundation

This scholarship is for residents of Jackson, Ritchie, Pleasants, Wirt or Wood County, WV or Washington County, OH. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be pursuing the occupational trades of carpentry, millwright, sheet metal work, welding, electrical work, plumbing, painter, operating engineer, laborer, building construction, or other closely-related trades. Applicants must be newly entering the trade or field. Funds may be used for educational studies or to purchase tools and equipment required to enter the trade.
