Parker and Virginia Howell Scholarship

This scholarship is for graduating seniors from high schools in the city of Ventura, California, who are pursuing studies in engineering or creative writing. Students who are enrolled in Ventura College who are continuing on or transferring to another accredited institution are also eligible.
