Pamela Smith Jackson Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is for seniors at Waterford High School in Waterford, and West Muskingum High School in Zanesville, Ohio. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be involved in community activities including some volunteering, and be planning to attend a four-year college or university. One scholarship will be awarded to a student from each high school.
