This scholarship is for students of color who are graduates of Minnesota high schools and are enrolled full-time in a Minnesota college/university. Applicants must be willing to complete a minimum of 50 volunteer hours tutoring children in grades K-8th per academic year awarded the grant.There are no academic requirements for this scholarship, but see website for additional eligibility criteria. Non-US citizens are encouraged to apply.
