Oratorical Contest Scholarship of Tennessee

This scholarship is for high school students under the age of 20 who live in Tennessee. An eight- to ten-minute oration on some phase of the US Constitution, emphasizing the attendant duties and obligations of a citizen to our government, is required to apply for this scholarship. Winners of the state scholarship competition will compete at the national level.
