Foster Care to Success

This program is for students from Ohio who are current or former foster students. To qualify, applicants must meet one of the following conditions: 1) were in foster care on their 18th birthday and aged out at that time; 2) were adopted from foster care with the adoption finalized AFTER their 16th birthday; or 3) will have their foster care case closed between the ages of 18 and 21. Applicants must be US citizens or qualified non-citizens. Applicants' personal assets (bank account, car, home, etc.) must be worth less than $10,000. Funding is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible students.
