This scholarship is for current residents of East Palo Alto, California, or those who have permanently resided in East Palo Alto while attending high school. Applicants must have demonstrated financial hardship and be planning to enroll or currently be enrolled in a four-year college or university as full-time students. United States citizen or eligible non-citizen (eligible non-citizens include United States legal residents and AB 540 students) may apply.
