The family and friends of Thomas Neff established this scholarship in 2012 in memory of this Oakwood High School graduate. The scholarship is being offered to a graduating, male senior of Oakwood High School to further his studies at an accredited technical school, junior college, community college or four-year college or university. Thomas exemplified a strong work ethic, solid values and morals while maintaining good grades through his hard work and dedication.
