The family and friends of Randy Neff established this scholarship in 2018 in memory of this Oakwood High School math teacher. The scholarship is being offered to a graduate of Oakwood High School to further his/her studies at an accredited four-year college or university planning to major in education. Randy truly had a gift for teaching. He not only taught math concepts but also life skills such as honor, respect, trust, conviction and love . . . with lots of laughter along the way. He was exceptional at inspiring others.
