This scholarship is for students who reside within a 200-mile radius of the Henry County Circuit Court in Martinsville, Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be enrolled at least part-time in an accredited four-year college or university, or an accredited two-year institution pursuing an associate’s degree that constitutes an educational organization as defined in section 170(b)(1)(a)(ii) of the Internal Revenue Code.
