Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative (NOVEC)
This scholarship is for graduating public and private high school seniors and homeschooled students residing in the following Virginia counties located in the NOVEC service area: Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, Prince William, Stafford, and in the City of Manassas Park. Children of NOVEC employees are eligible to apply as long as they meet service-area and other eligibility requirements. See website for updates and further details.
