The Norma J. Reed Scholarship was established to assist worthy graduating seniors of St. Philip Catholic Central High School who have applied themselves. Eligible applicants shall be St. Philip Catholic Central High School graduating seniors. Considerations shall be: Academic performance, financial need and character.
